The Radich family moved out to a ranch in Hollister back in 2018 for a change of scenery from the fast paced hustle and bustle of the Bay Area. On this ranch lived an olive orchard that was prospering and the family decided to make olive oil with each harvest. We got our big family and friends and got to harvesting every other October when the trees were ready.

What started as a fun thing to do with family, quickly became something that only made sense to make a business out of. We produced so much oil in our first harvest that we figured we should put a label on it and make it happen.
Our family and friends have raved over our product and after testing it out for the last couple of years ourselves we are now confident that this is some of the best quality olive you can find in the area.
In the last few years we have made enough quality extra virgin olive oil that we have decided we want to share it with our community. We hope you enjoy it as much as our family and friends have.
